Working on this place, the “Câmara Municipal de Ponta Delgada” again brings back memories and a state of mind that I didn’t have in other places.

 

The ease of mind and the co-workers are as I’ve remembered from the past. My inner peace is great and the ease of mind of the kind of work I do it’s great.

I’ve learned how to introduce and how to use the online services on the back office side. Helped colleagues in their tasks that where similar to mine and was, for some people, the Intermediate IT guy.

I loved to work with my coworkers, some where more influential to me like Daniela, Angélica, Helena, Nazaré, and others. I loved working with my boss, Dr. Pedro Medeiros, he was, as a boss, an incredible one, like working with my old boss at Câmara Municipal de Ponta Delgada, De. Jorge Tavares. I don’t remember anything to say negatively about Dr. Pedro Medeiros. If I have to say something about him is that he must keep the good work as a boss and a leader.

I wanted to help more in this job, and I did so, I helped modifying the call-center, connect and reconnect everything and putting everything working again on the IT side. Helped my coworkers when I could, being it IT stuff or not.

This job made me happy, and unfortunately everything that’s good, always come to an end.

The contract ended, as I knew it would end, unfortunately it wasn’t a contract that puts you indefinitely on the place, it was a contract with an end date.

Not many places or many bosses are like the ones I’ve gotten in this place. I can only wish that my next employer is as good as the ones I’ve got here.

Now it’s the time to say goodbye, maybe not for long, to working at the Câmara Municipal de Ponta Delgada, it was truly an amazing place to work again. I’ll miss working with everyone I’ve worked there.
