Website created from the ground up using WordPress or Bedrock (a more secure version), with all the basic features for your use case. Every site may have up to 3 design changes.

As a Reminder, This is the simple version of the WordPress Website Product. The customer accepts that the use cases for this kind of website is not extensive as ´per´ use case can be described as a blog, a portfolio, a presentation website without sales, a company portfolio, a user portfolio, an artist simple website.

What it does not include:

• Designing the site.

Includes:

• 120 hours for programming
• 60 hours for design changes via client
• 20 hours for bug correction
• 10 static pages
• “How to Use” Course
• “How to Manage” Course
• “Updating My Site” Course
• Migration to the server of destination.
• Wordfence Firewall, for added protection.

Notes:

• Courses might need to be created or modified after the website is done.
• Choosing to use WordPress or Bedrock does not change the final price
• The Customer is responsible for the design. If the customer does not have one and asks for a design. An external designer will be contracted under his terms to create the design. The Designer can be chosen by the developer or by the customer. Additional charges might be added to the final price.
• This service requires the Customer to accept the EULA.
• If the site is terminated before the contracted length and the customer is happy with the final product, the Remaining Hours are not refundable.
• If after the site is done and delivered, and after the initial 15 days, the client is unhappy with the product, the client accepts that the resolution is done via extra hours.
• After 15 days of the product being delivered, the product is marked as “complete”
• The price presented is the base price, not the final price.
